The impact of the Efímera project is showcased through the short documentary Henshin, which tells the story of a young violin student's dreams as she gets the chance to demonstrate her talent with Camerata Garnati.

Classical music faces the challenge of attracting new audiences in a context where other musical genres offer more dynamic and participatory experiences. Efímera addresses this need by creating innovative and engaging experiences that directly involve the audience in musical performance. This fosters an emotional connection and deeper involvement with classical music. It achieves this through workshops led by the interdisciplinary group Mayumaná, where diverse participants discover the program and prepare a short piece they'll perform participatively with the Camerata Garnati orchestra during the concert. The concert also features pieces of intangible heritage and commissions from local composers.

Efímera will hold concerts in Andalusia from September to December 2025. Camerata Garnati, a chamber orchestra, has its own season and comprises high-level musicians, with the youth of its members being a key characteristic. A high percentage of these musicians are alumni of top conservatories in Spain and across Europe who, after finishing their studies, join this unique project as a launchpad for a career in excellence. Camerata Garnati's commitment to young talent is visible in the short film Henshin, which narrates the dreams of Sara Yonehara, a violin student of Japanese origin living in Granada, who seeks her place in the classical world and gets the opportunity to demonstrate her talent through Camerata Garnati. The documentary was filmed in Granada during the workshops led by Mayumaná as part of the first edition of the Efímera project.

This second edition of the Efímera project is possible thanks to the crucial financial support from the Banco Sabadell Foundation, which thereby demonstrates its strong commitment to culture, innovation, and accessibility in the field of classical music.
