At OE Oficina, we work to promote Basque music from multiple angles: we publish sheet music, produce audio and video recordings, and organise festivals and concerts featuring leading performers from the international arts scene.

Josu Okiñena

Pianist, researcher, and professor, Josu Okiñena has devoted more than two decades to classical music, with a special focus on twentieth-century Basque composers. He is a specialist in practice-based research, a field in which he has developed notable work. He is the artistic director of the Aita Donostia Festival and of the concert series dedicated to the Capuchin composers. He carries out critical editions of works by Aita Donostia, Pascual Aldave, and other composers.

Noelia Ibáñez

Mezzosoprano Noelia Ibáñez is a specialist in the performance of the vocal repertoire of Basque and Spanish composers. She collaborates regularly with OE Oficina in the recovery and dissemination of this heritage, participating in concert series and festivals. For the publisher, she has recorded works for voice and piano by Aita Donostia, Pascual Aldave, and Félix Lavilla.
