Information
This clarinet, viola, and piano trio recital brings together Isaac Rodríguez, Natalia Tchitch, and Josu Okiñena in an intimate and evocative program. The evening centers on German Romanticism, featuring fundamental works for this ensemble: a selection from Max Bruch's 8 Pieces, Op. 83 and Robert Schumann's evocative Märchenerzählungen (Fairy Tales, Op. 132). The concert expands into the lyrical beauty of Brahms (Two Songs, Op. 91) and the contemporary spirituality of Arvo Pärt's Spiegel im Spiegel. A gem of chamber music.
