1. What is the deadline for making a return?
The term for any return is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. What do I have to do to return an item?
If you want to return an item purchased through oeoficina.com, these must be in their original packaging, without having been used, and if applicable together with their accessories and labels, and must be in perfect condition.
You must follow the following procedure:
Get in touch with us through the email email@example.com informing us of your sales reference, item (s) to be returned and reason for the return.
You must send the unwanted items in their original packaging to OE Oficina ABRIL 3000 S.L. Plaza de Lasala 1, 5C – 21003 Donostia / San Sebastián, Spain, in the middle of
transport you prefer. The return shipping costs are always borne by the customer.
3. When and how will I receive the amount of my refund?
After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have all the labels), you will receive the refund in the same payment method that you used to place your order within a maximum period of ten business days.
OE Oficina ABRIL 3000 S.L. reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet any of the conditions mentioned above.
4. How should I do if the amount of my return is incorrect?
We are very sorry that this mistake was made. Please, contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
5.- Can I make a change?
If you want to exchange an item you have to return the item you have received and make a new purchase.
6.- What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, please contact us through the email email@example.com. We will try to solve it in the shortest possible time.
Regarding the rights that contemplate you as an interested party, according to the European Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) you can exercise the following rights:
Right to request access to your personal data contained in our files. The interested party will have the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation of whether or not the data concerning them is being processed, as well as detailed information about certain aspects of the treatment that is being carried out.

8. Guarantee of Confidentiality and Security of the automated files.
Taking into account the importance in terms of protection and confidentiality that your personal data require, we inform you that we have adopted all the technical and organizational measures necessary to safeguard their security as required by Royal Decree 1720/2007 that regulates the security measures for automated files containing personal data. However, the user must be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable.
